Chocolate Lava Cakes are one of my family's favorite treats. The chocolate really does come gushing out of it!
Here's what you need to make them:
I usually do this part in my 8 cup pyrex measuring cup.
Microwave the chocolate and butter on high 1 minute or until butter melts then stir until choc. melts
Stir in sugar until well blended, whisk in eggs and yolks
Stir in flour, divide into cups
Bake 13-14 minutes or until sides are firm and center is soft. Let stand 1 minute, run small knife around the edge of cakes to loosen then invert cakes onto dishes. Top with whipped topping or ice cream.
